Maita brings more than 20 years experience as a Global Sales Professional working with multinational organisations. Having fulfilled a wide range of business roles as leader and team player in both the front and back end of organizations, She has worked in a diverse number of functions ranging from business development, account management, global procurement, product management, customer support and channel marketing. The experience of developing people, extensive travel and working internationally has provided Maita with the awareness of various cultures, business practices and the ability to leverage these differences to drive positive change, cohesive business approaches, and enhanced profitability. In addition to the business sector, Maita shares her expertise and knowledge in the education and charitable sectors as a Board Member of several charities including Stella Maris and enjoys working with organisations to improve self- awareness, team dynamics and communication.
