COVID-19 Safety Measures
We care for your safety during this overnight event. For this reason, we are ensuring that safety measures are in place.
You should not attend the activity if you or anyone in your household is sick or you have been in contact with someone who is suffering from Covid-19. We will issue a full-refund prior to the event if you are unable to attend.
To attend the event, you should either be fully vaccinated or have had Covid-19 in the past 6 months or have a negative test within 24 hours before attending the activity.
Mask wearing: we are asking all participants to wear masks in the areas where scheduled sessions take place (Meditation, Talks, etc.). If you are in collective areas (e.g. Oratory, Sitting-room) outside of non-scheduled events and social distancing is difficult to maintain, we advise each person to wear a mask when necessary.
Adequate ventilation is an important component of risk mitigation. Please cooperate by ventilating your own room and facilitating the ventilation of public areas after use (e.g. Sitting room, Oratory, Dining room etc). We will only be allowing 50% occupancy in collective spaces to ensure proper ventilation is possible.
The staff will check the air quality in public areas regularly and will inform you if more ventilation is required.
We are using the two Oratories and the two dining-rooms in the Conference Centre to ensure adequate social distancing during the event.
If we all ensure the above takes place, we will all have a fantastic overnight! Thank you for your cooperation!
