Anne is an Associated Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience.  She also has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, having held roles such as Finance Director and Director of Risk and Compliance.

As a wife and mother of four daughters, Anne deeply understands the challenges of juggling multiple roles and the risks of overwhelm and burnout. She provides a supportive, confidential space for clients to reconnect with their YOU-nique strengths and values, fostering clarity, confidence, and joy to help them thrive both personally and professionally.
