Marta Prados is a Trinity College graduate and an Executive and Leadership coach. An accredited EMCC Practitioner, she works in the not-for-profit sector on programmes of personal and leadership growth, and on developing skills to motivate and encourage high performance in teams. Marta has designed and organised many programmes, conferences and events which aim at tapping into people’s potential as well as embedding a sense of service to society at large.

Her extensive international experience has equipped her with deep cultural awareness and the ability to drive positive change and profitability. Mother of five children, she finds fulfilment in fostering growth in others.
